Cinnamon makes cells more responsive to insulin
Cinnamon has been used as a natural medicine for thousands of years. Researchers have shown that having at least one gram of cinnamon a day helps stabilize blood sugar levels in the blood. Cinnamon contains a polyphenol (plant antioxidant) called methylhydroxy chalcone polymer (MHCP), which activates the insulin receptor.

Here’s the recipe:
6 tablespoons virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons mustard
2 cloves garlic – crushed and chopped
little ground black pepper
We put everything into a small container and use a small whisk to mix quickly and match the ingredients. The container is sealed and stored in the refrigerator. After sitting for a few hours the mixture becomes a creamy consistency that is perfect as a sauce and salad vegetables.
Note: * Mustard to suspend aid to olive oil and balsamic vinegar so it has a creamy smooth consistency.
